Payment Terms

Registration for a retreat becomes binding upon receipt of the registration fee. 

• The fixed registration fee is €150 and must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation.
  Only upon payment of this registration fee is your spot at the retreat securely reserved – otherwise, it will be assigned to someone else.
  The registration fee is non-refundable as it covers pre-retreat expenses such as space reservation, rent, staff, and preparation.
• The remaining balance must be paid in cash on-site upon your arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, other options upon request.

By paying the registration fee, you agree to the terms and cancellation policy listed here.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible at any time but must be made in writing (via email or contact form). The following conditions apply:

• The registration fee of €150 is non-refundable, as it covers upfront costs (e.g., space reservation, location, staff).
• Up to 14 days before the start of the retreat, all other payments made (excluding the registration fee) will be fully refunded.
• For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before the retreat, 25% of the total amount will be refunded (excluding the registration fee).
• For cancellations made 2 days before the start or in case of no-show, no refund is possible.

Exceptional Cases

In justified exceptional cases (e.g., illness, force majeure), payments made may be credited toward another retreat date by individual agreement.
However, there is no legal entitlement to this.

Participation Requirements

Our retreats involve deep inner processes. By booking, you confirm:

• that you are of legal age (at least 18 years old).
• that you are capable of participating on your own responsibility.
• that you will inform us in advance if you have any mental health conditions or are taking medications such as antidepressants, neuroleptics, or MAO inhibitors.
• that you will contact us in advance if you have physical limitations or pre-existing conditions.

We reserve the right to advise against participation in certain cases.

All participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal content shared by others.

In the case of gross or disrespectful misconduct (e.g., violence, disrespect toward other participants, or disregard of group rules), exclusion from the retreat without refund may occur.

Liability Disclaimer

Participation is at your own responsibility.

• No liability is assumed for physical or mental complaints.
• Our retreats do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
• The organizer is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
• No liability is assumed for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Medical Disclaimer

Our retreats are for self-exploration and spiritual development. They are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

• Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
• In the case of existing medical conditions, we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand.
• The use of strong medications (e.g., psychotropic drugs, MAO inhibitors) is only permitted by prior individual agreement.
• Participants are primarily responsible for researching the effects, risks, and contraindications of the entheogenic substances used. Our team is available to support you with any questions or uncertainties.
• Participation in ceremonies with entheogenic substances is entirely at your own risk and based on informed, conscious decision-making.

By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted this notice.

Data Protection

We treat all personal data confidentially and in accordance with GDPR.

• Data is used solely for the organization and execution of the retreat.
• Data is only shared when necessary (e.g., for accommodation bookings).
• You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

Organizer’s Right to Cancel or Modify

We reserve the right to cancel a retreat for important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure, insufficient number of participants).

• In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
• Further claims (e.g., travel costs) are excluded.

Arrival and Personal Responsibility

Arrival and departure to and from the retreat location are at your own expense and responsibility.

Please inform yourself in advance about the best travel connections and allow sufficient time for arrival. We strongly recommend booking flights, trains, or accommodations with flexible conditions.

It may also be wise to take out travel cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen events. You are solely responsible for organizing your travel.
