Payment Terms

Registration for a retreat becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit.

The deposit is typically 30% of the total price and must be paid within 7 days of the booking confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the retreat begins, unless cash payment on-site has been agreed upon.

If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to assign the spot to someone else.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, other options available upon request.

By transferring the deposit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are possible at any time but must be submitted in writing (via email or contact form). The following conditions apply:

For cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the retreat, all payments made to date will be fully refunded.

For cancellations within 14 days before the retreat begins, the deposit is non-refundable, as binding costs may have already been incurred (e.g., accommodation bookings, team compensation, preparation materials).

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures from the retreat.

Exceptional cases: In justified exceptional cases (e.g., illness, force majeure), payments already made may be credited toward a future retreat date upon individual agreement. There is no legal entitlement to rescheduling or credit.

Participation Requirements

Our retreats involve deep inner processes. By booking, you confirm:

  • That you are of legal age (at least 18 years old).
  • That you are capable of participating on your own responsibility.
  • That you will inform us in advance if you suffer from psychological disorders or take medications such as antidepressants, neuroleptics, or MAO inhibitors.
  • That you will also contact us in advance if you have physical limitations or pre-existing conditions.

We reserve the right to advise against participation in certain cases to ensure your safety.

All participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding the personal content shared by others.

In cases of serious or disrespectful behavior (e.g., violence, disrespectful conduct toward other participants, or violation of group rules), we reserve the right to exclude the participant from the retreat without a refund.

Liability Disclaimer

Participation is at your own risk.

  • No liability is accepted for physical or psychological complaints.
  • Our retreats do not replace any medical or therapeutic treatment.
  • The organizer is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  • No liability is accepted for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Medical Disclaimer

Our retreats are designed for self-exploration and spiritual growth. They do not replace professional medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
  • For existing medical conditions, we recommend seeking medical advice beforehand.
  • The use of strong medications (e.g., psychotropic drugs, MAO inhibitors) is only permitted after individual consultation.
  • Information on the effects, risks, and contraindications of the entheogenic substances used should primarily be obtained through independent research by participants. If you have questions or uncertainties, our team is available to support you.
  • Participation in ceremonies involving entheogenic substances is entirely at your own responsibility and based on a conscious, informed decision.

By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted this disclaimer.

Data Protection

We handle all personal data confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR.

  • Your data will only be used for organizing and conducting the retreat.
  • Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary (e.g., accommodation booking).
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

Withdrawal or Changes by the Organizer

We reserve the right to cancel a retreat for important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure, insufficient number of participants).

  • In this case, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
  • Further claims (e.g., travel expenses) are excluded.

Travel and Personal Responsibility

Travel to and from the retreat location is at your own cost and responsibility.

Please check the best travel options in advance and allow sufficient time for your arrival. We strongly recommend booking flexible tickets for flights, trains, or accommodations.

It may also be advisable to purchase travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events. Organizing your travel is your own responsibility.

Physical and Mental Preparation

We recommend conscious preparation in the days leading up to the retreat:

  • Light, plant-based nutrition
  • No alcohol or drugs
  • Reduced media consumption

You will receive further guidance on preparation after your registration.
